The publication quoted a report from Russian state media stating that the factory producing the drones “AQ-400 Scythe” and “AQ-100 Bayonet” employed “specialists from Ukrainian and American companies.” According to the publication’s source, no people were killed during the attacks.

According to the newspaper, “Terminal Autonomy” manufactures highly precise drones designed for “deep strikes,” with control systems resistant to Russian interference. As the name suggests, the company’s drones are equipped with artificial intelligence technology that takes over drone control in the final phase of the attack. Therefore, in the event of radio interference or lack of mobile communication, the drone becomes fully autonomous but completes the mission.

Commenting on the situation to journalists, former high-ranking US intelligence officer Anthony Vinci said that “the Russians do not care who owns the production. It is still a target. They do not care if it is American or someone else’s.”

He added that if missile production for “Patriot” systems or any other American system began in Ukraine, the Russian military would still attack such targets.

On the morning of July 24, Russian military forces attacked the Kyiv region with three ballistic missiles “Iskander-M” / S-400, one of which was successfully intercepted by air defense forces.
