Although the couple publicly announced their divorce only this year, their paths actually separated in August last year.

In the podcast, Mantas admitted that he does not want to be very open on this topic, but acknowledged that he takes responsibility for the broken relationship.

“Relationships are a personal matter. I don’t want to dictate one side’s narrative. We broke up. I’ll say it briefly – it was my fault,” said the well-known producer in the “Let’s Talk” podcast.

Although any breakup brings sadness, Mantas looks at this stage positively. According to him, divorce should not only be a negative sign – if you can learn from your mistakes.

“Recently I watched and read an article that divorce does not always have to be a bad, sad sign. Sometimes you should be happy about the divorce. Mistakes, divorce – the best school if you know how to take something from it,” he said.

The producer emphasized that his former partner had a huge influence on him and he is grateful to her for that. However, in the “Let’s Talk” podcast, he did not hide that one of the reasons was Ugnė’s decision to move to Los Angeles.

Although Mantas considered the possibility of going together, he eventually realized that it was not his path: “Los Angeles is a gigantic city. I doubted whether I would find myself there and be happy.”

Today M. Bertulis says he is rediscovering peace. After a difficult first half of the year, accompanied by inner chaos, the man says he is returning to himself.

“Now my heart is blooming again. I’m not looking for anything new, I don’t want to jump headfirst anywhere. First, I want to gather myself and rediscover what makes me happy,” he said in the “Let’s Talk” podcast.
