„Employers can agree with trade unions on the provisions that employers can essentially provide even without state intervention. The state, seeing, hearing – respecting the agreements, simply confirms what was agreed. What trade unions and employers did not do was to legalize this agreement into a collective agreement,“ she told the parliamentarians.
