The EU fined the US giant 460 million euros for illegally prioritizing its own services – such as Google Flights or Google Hotels – over competitors’ in search results.
The second fine of 430 million euros was imposed because Google prevented app developers from freely showing users offers outside the Google Play store, the European Commission stated.
