“I am asking for help with a very personal medical challenge,” the 38-year-old Phillips stated on the crowdfunding platform. He has already managed to raise over $9,000, according to nypost.com
According to the post, the manhood of this American-born man measures just 0.38 inches (about 0.97 cm) – shorter even than an aspirin tablet.
This firmly meets the criteria for micropenis. Cleveland Clinic defines micropenis as an “unusually small penis” (3.66 inches or less), which is typically diagnosed in infancy or early childhood.
Phillips wrote that due to his incredibly small manhood, daily tasks such as using the toilet without making a mess have become “extremely difficult.” For this reason, he is forced to wear diapers.
“My doctor advised me to use pull-up diapers unless I could undergo a medical procedure that would increase the size and facilitate urination,” he lamented. – “It’s a daily source of frustration and shame, especially when traveling, which I love to do. It has damaged my self-confidence and independence.”
“Over the years, my story has been covered in the media and on television. This has somewhat increased awareness of my condition, but it has also added an emotional burden,” Phillips said.
The unfortunate man is also unlucky in love.
“The biggest challenges I’ve faced are establishing sexual relationships, remaining a virgin, and being able to talk about it openly, as this topic is incredibly slippery,” the man complained in an earlier interview with “IGV Official,” joking that he has the “smallest penis in the world.”

He recalled an embarrassing incident in high school when a girl saw his tiny organ and laughed at him. This long deterred him from dating and seeking relationships.
And although the South Carolina man claims to have had several sexual experiences, he never managed to “complete the act,” until he eventually lost all interest in romance.
“Over the years, my story has been covered in the media and on television. This has drawn attention to my condition, but it has also increased the emotional burden,” Phillips regretted on his GoFundMe page.
The owner of the almost one-centimeter wonder claims to have worked hard to save enough money for surgery, during which a semi-permanent dermal filler would be injected into his organ.
However, he still needs “additional support to cover the full cost of the procedure.”
“While this procedure will not cure my condition, it would fundamentally change my daily life: helping me to stop wearing diapers and restoring some normalcy and comfort,” Phillips said.
“I appeal to anyone who understands how difficult this situation is,” he pleaded. – “Your support would mean a great deal to me and would help me take a big step towards a more dignified and independent life.”
