It consists of a 350 sq. m restaurant building, an 80 sq. m utility building, about 2600 sq. m parking lot, and a 1.2 ha plot.
A 29 kW solar power plant is installed on the restaurant roof, which, according to the sellers, fully covers the electricity demand during the warm season.
There is also an electric car charging station on the premises. The advertisement states that if needed, the adjacent former snack bar and former police station buildings can also be purchased.

The restaurant is still open to visitors
The representative of the property for sale, who requested not to disclose his name and position, emphasized to 15min that the restaurant has not ceased operations – it continues to operate, and the premises have been rented out for some time.
“Currently, we have a contract with the chef working in our premises. The new owner would have the opportunity to continue cooperation if both parties agree. However, there will be no requirements – he can choose whether to continue developing the restaurant or come up with another activity,” the real estate representative told 15min.

According to him, the decision to sell was not caused by any operational difficulties.
“There is no specific incident. We have been renting the premises to another chef for some time and are using them more as a rental project. We just don’t want such a building to stand unused. It’s really a good location, and we would like it to continue to thrive – not necessarily with us, maybe with others,” the interlocutor said.

Such sales are rare in the district
According to the representative, business sales in the Lazdijai district are not common. He said that this restaurant’s location stands out also because the district is in a border zone, so there is no shortage of not only local residents but also tourists and visitors from other cities.
“Business sales in our district are definitely not common. This is a border zone, many tourists and people from other cities come here, not just local residents of Lazdijai. That’s why this location stands out,” the interlocutor said.
Although the advertisement was published publicly only a day ago, there is already interest.
“We have already received several calls and inquiries. We have also arranged a couple of property viewings with potential buyers,” he said.
The representative added that no requirements will be imposed on the new owner regarding future activities: “We hope that the transferred property will continue to live on – maybe as a restaurant, or maybe the new owners will choose a completely different direction.”
