In May, according to Bloomberg data, Russian oil refineries processed an average of 4.58 million barrels per day, which was the lowest figure since October 2009.
In June, oil refining in Russia, according to Kpler data, reached 4.1 million barrels per day.
Over the past 100 days, Ukraine has carried out about 50 attacks on Russian oil refineries and, according to Bloomberg calculations, struck at least 24 of the 34 largest oil refining companies.

According to the International Energy Agency’s assessment, since early May, attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces have affected more than half of Russia’s oil refining capacity, writes the portal Agentstvo.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky himself said that there is not a single oil refinery left in Russia that has not been attacked.
These strikes have caused a huge fuel crisis in Russia, leading to restrictions on gasoline sales in the regions. On Friday, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak also acknowledged the fuel shortage caused by drone “attacks” on oil refineries.
