According to them, the Constitution was violated when the XXI Government program was first registered, and the Cabinet of Ministers itself was approved a few days later.
“If the Social Democrats do not stop tomorrow and do not re-register (the Government program – BNS), then it will be necessary to apply to the Constitutional Court to evaluate it, because, well, legally the work must proceed cleanly, it simply must be, because then what are laws, the Seimas statute for, if it can be broken at every step,” Liberal Movement chairwoman Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen told BNS on Monday.
