The UDS-installed radio frequency (RF) detection system constantly monitors the spectrum and warns the operator in advance about a nearby enemy aircraft and provides recommended actions.
The second important update is remote mission control using the company’s developed software “SwarmC2”.
This technology allows operators to control the flight of the FORECASTER from virtually anywhere in the world.
Since drone launch sites often become enemy targets, separating operators from the physical launch site significantly reduces the risk to soldiers’ lives.

Complete weapons chain and practical testing
FORECASTER is integrated into the broader UDS ecosystem. It works together with the precision strike drone AVENGER 5, and also supports compatibility with Tactical Assault Kit and SitaWare battlefield management systems.
This entire chain – from target detection to strike execution – was successfully tested in the Lithuanian Armed Forces exercises “War Recruit 2026”.
Founded in May 2022, UDS has grown from a startup into a company whose products are used by the Lithuanian Armed Forces and Military Police. Additionally, the company’s FPV drones BLASTER 4 are already being supplied directly to Ukrainian military units.
The company emphasizes that these updates are not one-time – all new production stage drones immediately receive the latest improvements based on real frontline experience.
