US judge blocked Paramount’s deal to acquire Warner Bros.

Companies are prohibited for 14 days from completing a $110 billion deal until another court hearing takes place on August 3 regarding a preliminary injunction, which may prevent Paramount and Warner Brothers from completing the deal until a final decision is made.
