The new quarter is being created for residents looking for a middle ground between an apartment in the city and a large, more maintenance-demanding individual house.
“When designing the ‘LIV18’ quarter, we primarily thought about daily family life. We aimed for residents to have not only their own yard but also common spaces where children could safely spend time, and neighbors could communicate and create a friendly community,” shares the vision of the quarter D. Patkamarienė, Operations Manager at Vertablox.

Within the enclosed area, a children’s playground and an asphalted driveway are planned, as well as landscaping. The project will be implemented in one phase, so the environment will already be arranged when residents move in.

Each ‘LIV18’ home has six rationally planned rooms: a living room, three bedrooms, and two more multipurpose spaces. Depending on the family’s needs, these can be adapted as a study, an additional children’s room, or for other purposes.
