It is stated that the new building of about 530 square meters will have utility rooms that are lacking in the current one:

“The building is designed to include a common vestibule, changing rooms with showers and sanitary facilities for men and women, a relaxation area with saunas. The building currently lacks auxiliary, changing, and utility rooms. This project is being prepared to provide suitable utility rooms,” it is stated in the project proposals published this week by the Klaipėda municipality.

The current building, which covers nearly 900 square meters, houses a gym with exercise equipment and rooms for individual physiotherapy, rehabilitation, beauty, and wellness services.

Up to 90 people can visit it at the same time.

According to “Sodra” data, 19 people work at the “Jurandas Physiotherapy Center,” the company earned 399 thousand euros in revenue last year and made a net profit of 4.4 thousand euros.
