According to Marijampolė County Police, on July 25, at about 3:15 AM, on Šilkaičių Street in Vilkaviškis, in the city beach area, a young man, detained for allegedly possessing narcotic and psychotropic substances, actively resisted a Vilkaviškis police officer.
It is believed that the young man, born in 2005, was intoxicated by the narcotic substances he possessed.
