For this reason, the customer self-service website savitarna.miestogijos.lt and all its functions – invoice viewing, payment, meter reading declaration – will be temporarily unavailable.
This means that during this period it will not be possible to pay invoices through self-service, so customers need to plan ahead.
“If you usually pay invoices through self-service, we recommend doing so by July 15 or after July 23. You can also use other payment methods.
If your meters are not read remotely, you will be able to declare readings after the system update work is completed, i.e., from July 24,” the company informed.
The inquiry form “Ask – we answer” and the electronic service center (EPC), intended for home administrators and contractors, will also be unavailable.
“Miesto gijos” warned customers to beware of scammers.
“Be vigilant. We will inform about system updates, service operation, and their availability only through official company communication channels. We remind you that we never ask by email, SMS, or phone to disclose electronic banking login details, payment card information, or other sensitive personal data,” the company states.
