„We expected and planned to have many visitors, but honestly did not expect this many. The line at the door stretched from the very first minute when we started at 3 PM and continued until dusk. It’s wonderful to see so many people who love delicious and quality food,“ says Algirdas Matulevičius, head of the „OlyBar“ bar network.
Visitors who came to try the renewed sports bar food menu on Tuesday evening could choose from six different burgers with fries and sauce for 1 euro. Some burger fans had to wait in line for an hour or more, but the desire to try new dishes was stronger than the desire to go home.
„I think waiting in line is never fun. But my friends and I came here specifically because refusing such an offer would simply be a sin. While waiting, we found another group and started discussing sports. So the wait didn’t feel long. The burgers were insanely tasty, we will definitely come back,“ said visitor Saulius at the end of the evening.
Visitor Aistė, who has visited this bar more than once, added: „I often come here. And today I came to eat unlimited wings, which are available on Tuesdays. And I was pleasantly surprised to see that burgers were 1 euro. Unreal! Probably the tastiest burgers in town. I recommend it.“
On Tuesday evening, 976 burgers were sold at the „OlyBar Sports Bar“, and visitors had the opportunity not only to taste new menu dishes but also to see the bar renewed in the summer, which welcomed autumn with twice as many seats, more screens for sports broadcasts, and a completely updated interior.
Located at Konstitucijos pr. 20, the „OlyBar Sports Bar“ is the official embassy of the Vilnius „Rytas“ basketball club, where live broadcasts are shown every day – from basketball and football to martial arts, tennis, and other sports.
The next bar event will take place on September 30, when a free meeting of the „Rytas“ team with fans will be held here.
