The main investment stage partner became the venture capital fund manager “Superhero Capital,” operating in Finland and the Baltic countries. The startup also received investments from Vladas Lašas, chairman of the Lithuanian Business Angels Network (LitBAN), and other private investors.
“Sigvi” brings together independent car fleet operators and private owners into one platform and automates the entire rental process: from dynamic pricing, order management, and contactless car access to technical inspections, data-driven maintenance planning, and customer service.
The company’s platform offers renters a fleet of vehicles aged 1–12 years, making their rental prices up to 40% lower compared to similar new cars from major international car rental companies.
Investment – for faster expansion in Europe
The investment was attracted at a time when the European tourism sector is recording record figures. According to Eurostat data, in 2025 tourists spent nearly 3.1 billion overnight stays in European Union accommodation establishments – 2.2% more than the previous year. Despite the rapid growth of the travel sector, car rental remains one of the least digitized parts of the journey.
“Car rental is one of the last links in the travel chain that still operates as it did twenty years ago. Travelers expect to book a car as easily as they reserve accommodation. At the same time, thousands of quality cars owned by independent operators spend much of their time parked due to inefficient processes and poor user experience. We are creating an artificial intelligence infrastructure that connects both sides and enables a cheaper, more sustainable, and fully digital car rental experience,” says Vytis Šliažas, CEO and one of the founders of “Sigvi.”
In June 2026, “Sigvi” started operations in Poland – one of the fastest-growing European tourism markets. Currently, the platform manages more than 200 cars used by tourists as well as long-term rental and business clients.

Over the next two years, the company plans to increase the number of cars managed on the platform to 2,000 and continue developing artificial intelligence solutions that automate car rental processes.
“We see a huge European car rental market where a clear technological gap still exists. “Sigvi” identified the inefficiency of this market and created an AI-based solution that can become the digital infrastructure for independent car rental operators across Europe,” says Gytenis Galkis, partner at “Superhero Capital.”
The legal services firm “Noor” provided advice on the “Sigvi” deal, while “Superhero Capital” was advised by “Tegos.”
In 2023, the “Sigvi” platform was founded by entrepreneurs Vytis Šliažas, Ignas Gibas, and Mindaugas Banaitis. This is the company’s first external investment.
