According to police data, the incident occurred on July 23 at approximately 7:50 PM in Miegėnai village. A man born in 1990, who was found to have an intoxication level of 2.21 per mille, went out onto the apartment balcony and started shooting with a paintball gun.

Due to his health condition, the detainee was taken to a medical facility.
