In Joniškis district, a train fatally injured a person

The General Emergency Center received the incident report on September 16 at 11:20 AM.

It was reported that in Satkūnai eldership, Satkūnai village, Knygnešių street, a train hit a person. The victim suffered fatal injuries.

Fire and rescue forces from Šiauliai were dispatched to the accident site. Information about the incident was also passed to the emergency medical service and Šiauliai county police.
