Payments for services in the app can be made by payment card, electronic banking, as well as using Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How to buy a public transport ticket?
After logging into your account, select “Tickets” → “Buy ticket” → choose the desired ticket type → pay for the contents of the created cart by payment card or e-banking.
In the new app, public transport tickets can be purchased without a minimum cart, so passengers can buy as many tickets as they need at that time.
How and when to activate a ticket?
Select “Tickets” → press the desired ticket you purchased → confirm the action by pressing the “Activate” button. After 15 seconds, the ticket will become active. Do not delay and activate the ticket as soon as you board the public transport vehicle. The ticket is valid from the moment of activation for the corresponding period.
Is it possible to activate tickets for several people in one account?
Yes, the JUDU app allows activating several tickets of any type at the same time, so this provides the opportunity for several people to travel simultaneously by activating tickets in one account.
How to plan a trip by public transport?
With the help of the app, on the home screen, press the option “Where will you go today?” and enter the departure location and travel destination to see possible travel routes and their times.
You can also save your most relevant places to visit or their addresses to make trip planning more convenient and smoother each time.
On the home screen, in the “Nearest stops” section, select the desired stop to monitor route arrival times in real time.
Is it possible to transfer tickets to another JUDU account?
Yes. To perform this action, select “Ticket transfer” in the menu bar on the left side of the app → enter the recipient’s email address → select the tickets you want to transfer → press the “Transfer” button.

When transferring tickets, it is important to verify the phone number registered with the other app account. This is done by entering a confirmation code received via SMS.
Is it possible to manage car parking in the app?
Yes. In the JUDU app, you can pay for car parking in local fee zones and JUDU-administered parking lots. Drivers can also manage parking for several vehicles at the same time, receive reminders about expiring parking time, and information about violations committed.

About the JUDU app
The JUDU app was the first to combine the most important city mobility services in one place: public transport tickets, car parking, trip and bicycle route planning. The JUDU app will gradually replace the previously used “m.Ticket” and “m.Parking” apps and will be supplemented with new functions and services in the future.
In the new JUDU app, you can already purchase and activate public transport tickets, plan trips using real-time public transport information, pay for car parking in local fee zones and JUDU-administered parking lots, and pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, electronic banking, and bank cards.
The app retains popular features among residents, and some become even more convenient. For example, public transport tickets can be purchased without a minimum purchase cart, so users can buy as many tickets as they need at that time.
Car drivers can manage parking for several vehicles at the same time, receive reminders about expiring parking time, and information about violations committed.
