According to the company, about 2 thousand cubic meters of water were pumped out from one underground garage within 12 hours. This is equivalent to approximately 2 million liters of water – almost the entire volume of an Olympic-sized swimming pool.

“These houses ended up in critical situations. Although in such cases the house administrators usually take care of it, we could not leave people alone,” Grinda wrote on the social network Facebook on Monday.

The company stated that the storm damage cleanup work took place not only during the day but also throughout the night. Employees cleaned rainwater drainage wells, removed fallen trees, collected sand brought onto the streets, and also pumped accumulated water in various parts of the city.
