Trip canceled a few days before departure
A reader named Artūras contacted 15min, expressing disappointment with the travel agency “Air Guru”. Artūras said he purchased a last-minute trip to Greece (Peloponnese) on the evening of Thursday, July 2. Immediately after buying the trip, he arranged time off work and prepared for the departure.

However, the next day after lunch, he received news from “Air Guru” that the reservation was not confirmed. “I got a response: sorry, your trip is not confirmed. Apparently, there are no spots left or something similar,” the reader said.
According to him, several alternative options were offered, but in the end, only one remained – to stay in another place in Greece: in the same Peloponnese peninsula, but about 50 kilometers from the original choice. Artūras said he initially tried to request another hotel, but was informed that there were no other options.

“As far as I remember, they offered to refund the money. But I had already booked the vacation. How do I cancel it? What, will I sit at home all week? I won’t have time to organize another trip. So I had to accept that option,” the interviewee expressed disappointment.
