According to Tomas Žiaugra, Director of the Development Department at “EIKA Development,” the organizer of the conference, the idea for the event was born from seeing that people looking for housing in Vilnius face a large flow of information, which often raises even more questions.

“Housing is the biggest purchase in life for many of us, so naturally, we want to make the best possible decision. However, there is so much information about the real estate market that everything can seem even more confusing to buyers. Understanding the situation, we decided to hold a day-long conference where we want to clearly and concisely present the most important market insights, provide practical advice, answer questions, and help make decisions,” says T. Žiaugra.
The organizers reveal that the event taking place on June 10 will be opened by Laura Kairienė, Chief Architect of Vilnius City Municipality, with a presentation about the potential of the capital’s territories, and she will be succeeded on stage by Žygimantas Mauricas, Chief Economist of “Luminor” bank, who will discuss a question of interest to everyone – whether now is a good time to buy housing in Vilnius.
At the conference, representatives of “EIKA Development” will also give presentations – Tomas Žiaugra and Justinas Šavelskis will review the current housing market in the capital and investment opportunities. Meanwhile, real estate sales expert Mantas Mikočiūnas will share insights on what must be considered when choosing between new and old construction housing.

During the event, there will also be a discussion among real estate experts about the advantages and possible risks of different housing design solutions. The upcoming conference will be hosted by journalist Živilė Kropaitė.
Currently managing nine residential projects in different parts of Vilnius, “EIKA Development” will also prepare special discount offers for event participants and provide the opportunity to be the first to learn about two new housing projects planned for this year.
The free conference for people looking for housing in Vilnius will take place on June 10 (Wednesday), from 3:30 PM, at the “Solo Society” hotel located at Šv. Stepono St. 33. The expected duration of the event is about 4 hours.
