It can be seen that two men attack a third to beat him, he falls to the ground. As if that was not enough, one enraged man attacks him, apparently pulls down his pants and puts his genital organ near the victim’s head. Finally, he pulls up his pants and leaves the young man lying on the ground.
The person who sent the video emphasized that he is not the author himself but was worried about the fate of the beaten man.
The 15min team sent the footage to the Klaipėda County Police Department officers. They had not seen it yet and had not received a report.
Officers of the Klaipėda City Police Commissariat stated that based on the provided video, material is being collected and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

As stated by Klaipėda County Police Department representative Andromeda Grauslienė, upon filming such footage or even just seeing it on social networks, police officers should be informed immediately.
The sooner this is done, the greater the chance that the crime will be investigated and more information will be obtained from the surveillance cameras of surrounding buildings.
When there is such an obvious public order violation – fighting, displaying genital organs – an investigation is initiated even without a victim’s statement.
