“During this period, we call the ESO customer service center every day, but each time we only receive general, template answers that the work is being carried out and no further information can be provided,” said Mikas.

According to the man, the greatest disappointment is how ESO manages information about fault repair and electricity supply restoration.
“As far as we understand, after a certain fault in the network is fixed, the system automatically marks that the electricity supply to the site has been restored. Because of this, ESO employees confirm by phone that the electricity is already on and we can return to the site. However, upon arrival, it turns out that in reality nothing works and there is still no electricity. When contacting ESO again, it turns out that no additional work was done at our site because it was assumed that the fault had already been fixed,” Mikas described the situation.
According to him, when trying to find out on what basis it is stated that the electricity supply to the site has been restored, it is not possible to get a specific answer.

“ESO employees cannot explain how it is checked whether the electricity actually reaches the user, and who is responsible for confirming such false statuses. It gives the impression that on paper or in the system the electricity supply is restored, but no one cares about the real situation of the users,” the man complained.
Meanwhile, people, according to him, are forced to call every day, travel at their own expense to check the situation, and wait without receiving any clear information about when the problem will actually be solved.
“We would like a public response from ESO on how, after almost three weeks, there can still be sites without electricity, and why customers are given inaccurate information about the allegedly restored supply,” the man raised questions.
