Officers of the Kaunas County Chief Police Commissariat (hereinafter – Kaunas County CPC) Kaunas City Dainava Police Commissariat are conducting a pre-trial investigation into a theft that occurred on May 9 at about 16:50 in Kaunas, Savanorių Ave., where goods were stolen from a store. The material damage amounts to about 195 euros. Surveillance cameras captured a man who may have information significant to the investigation.

For theft, according to Article 178, Part 5 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, public works, a fine, restriction of liberty, or arrest may be imposed.
