Some time ago, Ričardas approached the team of TV3’s show “TV Pagalba”, unable to communicate with his sister Daiva and her son Marius, who live in his apartment – as he recounted, they constantly drink and try to turn his home into a den. Ričardas stated that he is ready to ask them to leave, as he cannot find peace in his own apartment.

Upon arrival, Gerda Žemaitė tried to talk to Ričardas’s sister. The “TV rescuer” was particularly shocked by how her son, only 32 years old, looked.
“What must happen in life for you to fall into a swamp every day? Have you seen your son, how he looks now? He is a young man, his health is bad, he is lying there half-dead, have you seen him?” – G.Žemaitė addressed Ričardas’s sister.

Then the woman retorted that she was seeing her son like this not for the first time.
“But how long can this continue? His days might be numbered if this doesn’t stop. You will lose him soon. Because judging by how he looks now, very little is left,” – G.Žemaitė assured.
Gerda also looked at the young man’s photos, in which he looked like a different person.
“Looking, for example, at how Marius looked – a very handsome guy. Why did you let him fall so low? He now looks like a living corpse,” – Gerda asked Daiva.

G.Žemaitė further asked the woman if she at least loved her son, and when she confirmed that she did, she wondered: “Why then do you let him die? He is heading towards death, don’t you see?”
Finally, Daiva left her brother’s apartment without her son.
“I don’t give a f***,” – she retorted when asked if she was leaving her son.
Seeing that Marius could not even walk, Gerda called not only the police but also emergency medical assistance.
“The condition, it’s clear, is very bad. It’s a matter of time,” – G.Žemaitė worried.
Finally, paramedics took the young man to a medical facility, and officers issued him an order prohibiting him from coming to his uncle’s house for 15 days.
“All of you who use substances – keep in mind that it must be done very responsibly, and it’s best not to use them at all. A very terrible disease,” – G.Žemaitė summarized the grim situation.
