Julia Abromavičienė, chairwoman of the board of the subsidiary company “Civinity Engineering” of the building maintenance group “Civinity,” is responsible for strategic management and business development on the board; the project management area will be overseen by Jonas Davidavičius, head of the Vilnius city maintenance company “Grinda,” and finance, risk management, and audit will be overseen by Tomas Tumėnas, finance director of the oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal operator “KN Energies.”
