According to the General Help Center, the man who fell into the water could not get back onto the boat by himself. The intoxicated group traveling with him was unable to help.
The accident was noticed by passersby walking along the shore. They immediately called for help.
While the services were rushing to the scene, a young man running by noticed a person in the water. He ran to the boat and pulled the man out.

Since the man had already been rescued, the call for rescuers was canceled. The ambulance crew that arrived at the scene took the chilled 71-year-old man to the hospital for a more detailed examination.
