The superfinal was the last highlight of the competition. It featured a battle for two exclusive trophies established by the competition partners. The trophy from UAB “Auresa,” the official Toyota car dealership in Panevėžys, was won by Aidas Valuckas, who recorded the second-best result in the superfinal. The absolute fastest was Igoris Aleksejevič, who received the Panevėžys city mayor’s trophy.
The fight for victory in the FWD class was very close. The best performance was by Mantas Karženauskas, whose total time for three counted runs was 3 min. 46.453 sec. He lost by only 0.214 sec. to Algirdas Gricius, who took second place. Marius Survilas finished third.
In the RWD class, the most outstanding result was shown by Edvinas Sabalys. His total time was 3 min. 40.246 sec. Aidas Valuckas took second place in this category, later also standing out in the superfinal, while Darius Morkūnas finished third.
In the AWD class, the first two places were separated by less than a quarter of a second. The victory was won by Pranas Gustas, who recorded a time of 3 min. 53.909 sec. Arūnas Vitkevičius was second, and Andrius Antanaitis took third place.
In the OC class, the dominant figure was Igoris Aleksejevič, who later won the superfinal. He completed his three best runs in 3 min. 39.571 sec. and became the winner of this class. Edvinas Sabalys took second place, less than a second behind the leader, and Mantas Karženauskas finished third.
In the women’s category, the victory was won by Sandra Grigaitytė, whose total result was 3 min. 54.877 sec. Greta Šaduikytė took second place, and third place went to Gintarė Kisielienė.

The team competition was also intense. The first place was won by the competition organizer, the Automobile Sports Club “LADASPORT,” which scored 58 points. The athletes of VšĮ Jakų ASK took second place with 46 points, and the team “Three and a Half Valves” earned third place with 39 points.
However, even after the winners of all championship classes were determined, the competition was not over. The six fastest participants of the entire day were invited to the superfinal, where there were no separate car classes – everyone competed for the absolutely best result.

Aidas Valuckas, who showed the second-best time here, won the trophy established by UAB “Auresa,” and the day’s climax was the run by Igoris Aleksejevič. Having already triumphed in the OC class, the athlete was the fastest in the superfinal as well, thus concluding the competition dedicated to the Panevėžys city birthday by winning the Panevėžys city mayor’s trophy.
“We are glad that the car slalom during the Panevėžys city birthday has been an integral part of all the birthday events of the capital of Aukštaitija for many years.
We are very pleased that participants can compete not only for the Lithuanian car slalom championship points but also for the special super trophies established by our long-term partners – UAB “Auresa” and the Panevėžys city municipality.
This, together with other event partners, enriches the event even more and allows the competition to be held at an even higher level,” said Dalius Draugelis, head of ASK “Ladasport” and godfather of Panevėžys slalom.
