D. Čiuta joins „Neo Group“ as a manager, bringing exceptional experience in production, technical maintenance, investment project implementation, and other areas. Previously, he worked for more than 25 years in the oil refining and energy infrastructure sectors.

My goal is to increase the company’s profitability and energy efficiency while maintaining reliable production and a high safety culture,“ comments D. Čiuta.
As General Director, D. Čiuta will replace A. Keršys, who temporarily led the company since June and will continue his previous work as Chief Financial Officer.

In 2025, „Neo Group“’s revenue amounted to 463 million EUR, and net profit was 7.7 million EUR.
„Neo Group“ is one of the largest PET producers in Europe. The company sells about 90% of its production in European Union countries, mainly in the markets of Poland, Scandinavia, and the Baltic region. The company employs more than 200 people.
