Very recently, the hottest news of the season opened its doors here – the first “JACK & JONES Outlet” store in Lithuania. It offers a permanent 30% discount on all products, and the assortment is formed not from old collections or leftover stock, but from the best-selling brand models of previous years, with almost everyone able to find their desired size.
News – long awaited
The opening of “JACK & JONES Outlet” was awaited for a long time. According to Vida Minkštimienė, leasing director of “Vilnius Outlet,” negotiations with the brand lasted five to seven years. “JACK & JONES” had no outlet-type stores in Lithuania, nor was there such a format in neighboring Poland.
“Our negotiations to bring such a high-level brand to ‘Vilnius Outlet’ developed consistently, long-term, and finally successfully. Since until now ‘JACK & JONES’ had no outlet-type stores in Lithuania or Poland, the answer was always that sales were going well in regular shopping centers. Therefore, the brand did not see the need for such expansion and did not plan the appropriate quantity of goods to open its outlet,” says V. Minkštimienė.
According to her, the situation changed last year when representatives of “Vilnius Outlet” discovered a “JACK & JONES” outlet format store in Krakow, Poland. There, contact was established with the brand owners from Finland, and later the opportunity arose to implement such a concept in Lithuania.
“JACK & JONES” sales manager Doreta Žielienė agrees – the opening of this outlet store is important in every way. It is a new brand positioning in the market and the first implementation of such a concept in the country.
“I can only confirm, you will not find a second ‘JACK & JONES Outlet’ store anywhere else in Lithuania, only at ‘Vilnius Outlet.’ And the decision to settle here was determined by the shopping center format itself. Outlet stores are characterized by the ability to offer products at a more attractive price, so ‘Vilnius Outlet’ naturally suited the first trial of this format in Lithuania,” says D. Žielienė.
The store clearly stands out
Perhaps the biggest advantage of the new format brand store for the buyer is clear pricing. “JACK & JONES Outlet” applies a permanent 30% discount to the entire assortment, and it is not just a temporary opening promotion or short-term offer. “Customers will always be able to shop with us at a lower price,” notes D. Žielienė.
However, according to her, there is another important difference compared to regular brand stores. While “JACK & JONES” presents the latest seasonal collections elsewhere, the shelves at “Vilnius Outlet” feature already tested, best-selling, and most beloved clothes from previous years.
“This is not a store where individual last sizes are collected from other sales points. It is important to emphasize that old collection leftovers are not sold here. We receive products as a full assortment with a wide size range, so we can offer the customer not random leftover models but a real opportunity to choose clothes that fit them,” explains D. Žielienė.

“The store’s assortment,” she continues, “is oriented towards the everyday wardrobe of a modern man. Here you can find jeans, trousers, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, jackets, accessories, and other clothing. The size selection is also wide – from XXS to XXXL, and additional measurement options are offered for jeans and trousers.”
Answered why it is worth visiting
The new store, notes V. Minkštimienė, is designed following all “JACK & JONES” brand guidelines. The “Vilnius Outlet” representative emphasizes that the aim was for the buyer to receive not only a more attractive price offer but also the shopping experience typical of the regular brand.
“We wanted to maintain recognizability, ensure that customers could enjoy shopping not only by saving but also in a familiar environment. The store is very cozy, with wood finishing details used, but the interior remains modern, just like the character of ‘JACK & JONES’ itself,” says V. Minkštimienė.
According to her, this new “Vilnius Outlet” attraction has already shown very positive sales results just after opening, so it is clear that visitors were indeed waiting for the brand’s arrival. The “JACK & JONES” representative agrees with this.
“The store’s start was very successful and the results exceeded our expectations. We see that this concept is attractive to customers and there is a demand for it in the Lithuanian market. Since we do not plan to open other ‘JACK & JONES Outlet’ stores in the country now, we are focusing all attention on the first store at ‘Vilnius Outlet.’ We want to attract a very wide range of men – both those who already know and like our brand’s models and those who will discover it for the first time,” emphasizes D. Žielienė.
According to the interlocutor, the “JACK & JONES” buyer is a modern man who values style, comfort, and a good price-quality ratio. And the wide assortment and size selection allow offering clothes to buyers of different ages, builds, and styles.
“Our goal is to be the first in the market and introduce visitors to outlet concepts that do not yet exist in Lithuania. The ‘JACK & JONES’ case is exactly that – we waited a long time for the opportunity to bring this brand to ‘Vilnius Outlet’ and are glad it finally succeeded. At the same time, this further strengthens our men’s fashion segment at an attractive price, which is already one of the most successful in the market.
