On Tuesday, the Vilnius Regional Court partially granted the claim of “Moeltas” against Š. Stepukonis and the Irish financial brokerage company “Interactive Brokers Ireland” (formerly Hungary’s “Interactive Brokers Central Europe”) for compensation of 5 million euros in damages, while rejecting the other part of the claim, BNS reported, quoting the head of the court’s Civil Cases Division, Rūta Veniulytė-Jankūnienė.
