A new place for the Jonava sports community
The new GYM+ will be located in a convenient place – in the center of Jonava city. Visitors will find a modern gym with Technogym equipment, a Booty Zone training area, and a wide selection of group workouts. After training, club members will also be able to relax in saunas and the Recovery+ zone and use solariums.

A significant part of the new club’s offer will be group workouts. City residents will be able to choose activities of different types and intensities, led by experienced trainers, and exercise together with other community members. This will provide more options for those who do not want to train only independently, seek additional motivation, or want to discover new training formats.
More than 1,600 sq. m of space will allow different training and relaxation zones to be comfortably separated, so the club will have room for both those who train independently, those attending group workouts, and those who pay more attention to recovery. It is important that both regular exercisers and those just starting feel good in the new club.

According to Mantas Badikonis, director of UAB Gym Plius, when opening the first club in a new city, it is important not only to offer a quality space for sports but also to become part of the local community.
“We are coming to Jonava for the first time, so we want not only to create a quality place for sports but also to become part of the city’s daily life. It is important for us to create a place that is easy and pleasant to come to – whether sports have long been part of a person’s daily routine or they are just starting to move more. We hope the club will become a place not only for workouts but also for like-minded people, good mood, and well-being. We look forward to meeting the city residents and growing this community together,” he says.

After training – focus on recovery
One of the unique features of Jonava’s GYM+ will be the Recovery+ zone, dedicated to rest and recovery after physical exertion. Until now, such a zone has operated in GYM+ clubs in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Šiauliai. In Jonava, it will provide the opportunity to not rush home after training but to spend more time on body recovery and relaxation.
ThermoLounge will allow combining heat and cold therapy designed to relax the body after physical exertion. HydroMassage is a water massage bed where the body is massaged by a warm water stream. Roll Shaper is intended for lymphatic drainage massage and improving blood circulation. Theragun PRO is for deep muscle massage and reducing muscle tension.

Jonava will become the twelfth city in Lithuania where GYM+ operates. It is expected that the new club will become a natural part of the city’s sports life – a place where city residents will want to return to move, relax, and meet. More information about the new club and its opening day will be announced by GYM+ closer to the opening. News can be followed on GYM+ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
