A well-known man did not hide – he bought his first house by the seaside quite unexpectedly, and the decision itself was made during a fun evening, according to a press release.

“It wasn’t some life adventure, nor drama, nor anything else. It happened during a sit-down and a very fun dinner with Natalija. We joke that the seaside house came to us after one party. Because that’s how it was. We were spending the evening with Natalija, and in the morning I woke up realizing I had bought a house by the seaside,” he said during the filming of the LNK show “Bus visko”.
The well-known man bought a second property in the same area last year and is currently setting it up. According to S. Vaitulionis, it is a well-thought-out investment.
“You know, I don’t really understand the bitcoin game, I don’t understand those mystical investments in who knows what. I am old-fashioned, and the safest investment for me is the one that has an address,” he openly told the show’s journalists.

Comparing the value of the property, S. Vaitulionis revealed how much real estate in this area has increased over the past years.
“If I compare when we bought the first property and what the value of such a property is now – the price has practically doubled,” he said.
