The Nashville Airport Authority MNAA unanimously decided on Friday to honor the country music legend by renaming Nashville International Airport.

“Although the final name has not yet been chosen, we are working closely with the relevant parties to thoughtfully decide how Dolly Parton’s name and legacy will be included,” the MNAA statement said.
D. Parton died on August 25 at the age of 80 after a brief battle with cancer.
