“We deliver tens of thousands of parcels daily, so it is important for us that customers receive relevant information reliably, clearly, and in the most convenient way for them. Viber is a widely used platform, so we believe it will become another convenient channel for some customers to track parcel status and receive important notifications on time,” says Mantas Sirutavičius, Head of the Customer Experience Management Department at Lithuanian Post.
According to him, the official “LP Express” channel in the Viber app will help customers more easily recognize genuine company messages and reduce the risk of fraud.
In “Viber” messages, the sender will be indicated as “LP Express,” making it easier for customers to distinguish official information from scam messages, which are often sent from random numbers or use misleading names similar to well-known company names.

“LP Express” notes that for customers who do not use the Viber app, information will continue to be sent through usual channels – SMS messages and email.
The new customer information channel is being implemented gradually, and soon information will be provided to all “LP Express” customers through it.
