Almost 124 million euros are proposed to be allocated for extending the maximum child care benefits – 100% of the previous salary would be paid until the child turns 18 months old. Choosing two-year benefits, they would amount to 77% of the previous salary in the first year and 58% in the second year.

The government will also propose to increase support for families purchasing their first home by about 67 million euros.
