On Thursday, the Parliament adopted amendments to the Investment and Land Laws proposed by the Government, which would allow land managed by the state or state-owned enterprises to be granted to investors more quickly and easily.

The amendments to the Investment Law were adopted with 98 members of the Seimas voting in favor and one against, and the Land Law amendments were approved by all 101 voting parliamentarians.
