BNS wrote that a video appeared in the public space showing violence against a minor born in 2013 near a shopping center in Šiauliai.
The police were informed about this incident on June 19. Upon receiving the report, officers began to investigate the circumstances of the incident – they reviewed and analyzed the video footage, interviewed the parents of the participants, and assessed the available information. It was established that the violence was committed by girls born in 2010, 2011, and 2012.
