Ricky Lindo was the last to join Vilnius “Rytas”, a few days after the World Championship qualifying games, where the 25-year-old 203 cm tall forward represented the Panama national team.
“The trip was great, I slept a lot, the flight was smooth. It’s great to finally be here,” said R. Lindo. “I was here once before, but now I will finally live here, be part of the city and the team, I can’t wait to start.”
Last season, having won the European Cup with the French club Bresse Bourg JL, the power forward who averaged 7.7 points and 4.1 rebounds in the tournament hopes to bring energy to “Rytas” next season.

“My approach is simply to play 100 percent every day, give everything, do whatever it takes for my team to win. I can’t wait to meet everyone, I can’t wait to be here, and I can’t wait to start the season,” said R. Lindo.
Coached by Nedo Pacevičius, “Rytas” has already started preparing for the season, playing their first friendly match on Friday, when they defeated Panevėžys “Lietkabelis” in Druskininkai.
