The Panevėžys District Prosecutor’s Office filed a civil lawsuit with the Alytus District Court regarding unjust enrichment, requesting to recover nearly 6.5 thousand euros from the current member of the Alytus City Municipality Council Valdas Račkauskas for the benefit of the mentioned municipality.
