About their first acting experience, the excitement on the film set, and what helped them feel braver in front of the cameras, the brother and sister shared in the first episode of the new LNK season “Šeškinės 20”.

The new season of “Šeškinės 20” is also welcomed with a refreshed team of hosts. Longtime show hosts Giedrius Savickas and Džiugas Siaurusaitis were joined by Paulius Vaitiekūnas, so from now on, the show’s guests will be interviewed by a trio of hosts.
“I remember it happened that I got a call and they said: Hi, Lina, would you like to act in a series? I immediately said: Yes, I want to. Since childhood, I used to manifest so much that I even wrote in notebooks that I was 12 years old and already an actress and so on. And when they called me and asked if I could act in a series, I immediately said yes,” Lina said.
However, with the dream coming true, there was also nervousness. The brother and sister, acting in a series for the first time, initially even agreed to meet and read the script together – they felt braver together.
“At first, it was really scary because when you get the script, it seems like you have to know everything: every word, every pause. Later, we realized that the most important thing is to understand what the scene is about at that moment, and then everything falls into place,” shared L. Talžūnaitė.
Lina and Andrius said they quickly found common ground with the other series actors as well.
“We really all got along very well. At first, there was silence during breaks, then little by little you learn something about one, then look, about another. Someone cracks a joke. That’s how we bonded,” Lina recalled.

Andrius added that they had already started talking with colleagues about a possible second season.
The Talžūnas siblings do not hide that their many years of online content creation experience came in handy in acting. Lina said that constant work in front of the camera gave her more courage.
“I think it helped a lot because, first of all, we also write scripts for our ads, learn, and try to act or get into a character. These things, I think, contributed a lot. It is still uncomfortable and scary to be in front of the camera, but when you create content online – you film yourself in front of the camera, you know how everything works. So it’s much braver,” Lina said.
When the conversation turned to rest and time on social networks, Andrius revealed that he spends quite a lot of time on the “TikTok” platform.
“My rest is on TikTok. Maybe 2–3 hours. Actually, there is a lot here,” he said.
Lina, in turn, said that her screen time reaches about eight hours, but social networks are not just entertainment for her.

“The phone is my work tool,” she said.
