The prosecutor’s office wanted to recover about 18 thousand euros from V. Karbauskis to the municipality for fuel expenses compensated to him. Fuel was sometimes purchased simultaneously at different gas stations, quantities of fuel exceeding the capacity of his car’s tank were bought, and 13 bank cards were used.
