„We will ensure that at least 70 percent of individuals see specialist doctors – ophthalmologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist, dermatovenerologist, physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor – for a primary visit paid by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund within the timeframe established by law,“ the document states.
According to established rules, in Lithuania a patient should see a specialist doctor within 30 days.
