According to the announcement, J. Grašienė is also a member of the boards of SBA Group and its companies “SBA Home,” “SBA Urban,” “SBA Home North Carolina,” and “Capitalica Asset Management.”
Additionally, she worked on preparing the restructuring plan for “Utenos trikotažas” and changing the company’s business model.

The board of “Utenos trikotažas” also includes Aurimas Likus, Vytautas Vaškys, Neringa Vaitelytė, Jelena Grišina, and Artūras Užgalis.
In October 2024, the Panevėžys District Court approved the four-year restructuring plan for “Utenos trikotažas,” which aims to streamline operations by reducing costs and abandoning unprofitable activities while maintaining as much promising business volume as possible.
