„We had a temporary solution to finance (Ukraine – BNS) military needs, but, considering the current situation in Ukraine, we see that more funds and a long-term vision are needed – not only for military but also for civilian needs. Therefore, this issue must be discussed,“ the minister told journalists before the council.
During the meeting, K. Budrys visits Brussels as new plans are being considered to include another 1,600 companies and individuals in the already long list of Russian entities subject to sanctions due to the war.
