Fortunately, their help was not needed in either case.

The first report reached the General Emergency Center at 3:39 a.m. It was indicated that a woman on Šėta Street was not opening the door, and relatives were worried that her health might have deteriorated. When firefighters arrived at the scene, it turned out that the woman opened the door herself, so the rescuers’ help was not needed.

Another call was received at 6:58 a.m. from V. Kudirka Street.

It was reported that the mother sent a “farewell message” to family members, so relatives were concerned about possible suicidal thoughts. There were fears for the woman’s safety when she would be alone at home.
