The Competition Council announced on Monday that it has approved the request of the investment holding company “Kurianti karta,” established this January, through which “Tesonet” and “INVL Private Equity Fund II” will implement a project to acquire 100% of the shares of the companies “Mokykla Šiaurės licėjus,” “Šiaurės darželiai,” “UNT nuoma,” “Trys banginiai” and gain control over them.
“The planned concentration will not create or strengthen a dominant position or significantly restrict competition in the relevant markets,” the statement reads.
