Petre Tintoi, who has led Premier Restaurants Baltics until now, is stepping down from the position of CEO. The management changes will take effect on September 1.

S. Macinelli has over 30 years of experience working within the McDonald’s system and has held senior operational management and leadership roles in various markets. She currently also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Premier Capital and is responsible for the group’s operations management, employees, technology, and quality assurance.

Temporarily leading Premier Restaurants Baltics, S. Macinelli, together with the local team, will aim to ensure a smooth transition period, continuity of operations, seamless customer experience, and further business growth in the Baltic countries.
