She added that Russia may strike UK military facilities in Ukraine and beyond in response to attacks by Ukrainian forces carried out using British and French weapons.
“Those responsible for war crimes, including crimes against our country’s civilians, will be punished according to the crimes committed,” she said at a press conference.
According to M. Zakharova, by transferring the “assembly functions” of long-range missiles to Kyiv, the UK and France are trying to “shift responsibility” for strikes on Russian territory.
Addressed the British
The Russian Foreign Ministry urged all UK residents to consider the “inevitable catastrophic consequences” allegedly caused by the actions of their own authorities.

Meanwhile, M. Zakharova suggested to British leaders to “once again carefully analyze the situation and immediately abandon the hostile, aggressive line in the most resolute and unequivocal manner, which could risk the conflict escalating to a completely new level.”

France had earlier also agreed to transfer the blueprints of this weapon to Ukraine under a defense agreement.
The Kremlin stated that it views this step “extremely negatively,” as London “is pouring fuel on the fire and methodically and continuously creating conspiracies to prevent any development of the peace process.”
In turn, A. Burnham suggested remembering who is actually to blame for the “fire” that broke out.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that London should prepare for consequences due to “involvement in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.”
The diplomatic service accused the country’s authorities of being “accomplices and co-conspirators” in Ukraine’s strikes against Russia, “aiming to contain our country and cause it maximum damage through foreign hands.”
